Yup! Yup! It jerks when full throttling at already high speeds! It gets so much that I'm hesitant to bring it over 140km/h. I do hope to have the confidence to test max speed soon.

Don't worry. It's because still running in. I suggest u try not to go above 130km/hr before u hit 5000km..run in finish already change to fully syn engine oil and new oil filter then u can full throttle all u want. Patience bro..lol

Yesterday it was a Super4 and my Maxsym.

Super4 can go up to 200km/h, but the wind blast and posture meant that only can sustain for a few minutes.

Maxsym can sustain 160km/h (can go faster if not for limiter, as my max rev is 8K, whereas redline is 9-11K), protected by wind, and like sitting on sofa! Go at 160km/h for the entire 300-350km range also can! Which means that overall Maxsym will be faster for touring.

Lessons learnt from 700km dawn-till-dusk epic ride:

· Stock Maxxis Radial tyres tend to fishtail on sand / beach – but held really well on twisting narrow country roads – tyres will slip on sheep dung.

· Stock grips are good for everyday commuting, but for epic rides, either use a better grip, or use gloves – my right hand was cramping out…

· If you haven’t removed the limiter, you can whack all the way, don’t worry about engine stress or overheating – my temp stayed low throughout.

· Engine brake is very noticeable at speed, so if you’re going at 160km/h, don’t just let go of throttle to slow down, but ease the throttle close.

· The windshield at height was great for intercepting flies – we were doing 110km/h at night in forested country roads, and he had a billion flies on his body, visor, hands – my billion flies were on my windshield.

· The pillion seat is the best place to rest on at pit stops.

· Epic ride music tip: your music player / phone battery might not last the whole ride, so I interchange between them – one plays, and one charges in the charging compartment.

Wah u sustain 160 all the way? I only able to tahan the windblast at 140 like that. 150 i like keep kena whack in the head.

Used to ride sportsbike, so the windblast now is quite mild compared. For me, there used to be more windblast until I moved the windshield to the highest setting.
