Im current GTS200 considering to upgrade to Maxsym. The maxsym build quality is certainly better than GTS200.

Any comments on:

--What is avg Maxsym FC?

--Is the larger weight / size make it more difficult to ride around SG? Currently my GTS200 just right. Can squeeze, and also easier to go into tight parking.

Thx!

Is it possible to test drive Maxsym at any dealer?

Which dealer should I go to buy Maxsym by the way?

Usually test ride is for bigger bikes like super bikes. If you're sincere buyer, maybe they let you test ride. For new unit, buy from Mah Motors.

Hi all, I'm contemplating to get a new Maxsym 400i & like to ask for advices;

1) is there any differences if I buy from sole agent or distributors ? I might trade in my old bike.

2) any major points to look out for for Maxsym 400i ?

Just customized a pair of suspension cover for $80, 1 day old.

If anyone interested, can let go at $70. Suddenly feel like changing rear shocks instead :/

IMO still within reasonable pricing..asked mah abt new ones abt 2mths ago quoted ard 15K..no idea abt dexing though..11k with TPFT insurance & try ask for free topbox at least & if possible free helmet/raincoat or new engine/transmission oil + coolant change.

It's a nice relaxing ride with ample storages alternatives though vibrates quite a lot.

the bike is relative new condition and offer free helmet n raincoat. so if I lock down a 5 year loan, no matter I early settlement, the early settlement will be base on the 5 years interest?

Usually they will impose 20% of unearned interest. And on top of that you still have to pay admin fee for early settlement. Check your loan contract first before signing. I suggest you carry on until end of tenure.

Sadly not many aftermarket products for our bikes in SG. Anyway it shouldn't improve the performance significantly, so you can save up the money instead.

I believe when you think your bike is not fast/loud enough, it's probably a sign to upgrade haha.

IMO this scoot is a great transport bike, worth keeping even as 2nd bike. (Maybe upgrading to Yamaha Tracer next year)
