Bike washing location

Hey guys. Im desperate. Just recently got a bike and I need to give it a good wash (it gets dirty travelling to and fro work site) Issue is I have no idea where to wash My friends does it in JB and i dont wanna go all the way there just to wash my bike. i stay in bukit batok, so any directions to where i can go? I heard mac Pearson and yew tee can wash bike? near my area has those 20 cents tap water kind but i cant imagine riding with a big pail to that place (approx 5 mins ride away)

i either take a pail of water and wash the bike right where its parking, provided on both sides no bikes are parked there. or push it somewhere else to do so.

i was contemplating that. though i would need to make a few trips up and down to my house to get the pail of water and soap etc. hmmm can try i suppose if really no choice. was kinda hoping if there are kiosk/shop that has bike washing service

the esso at my area does not have any washing facilities man and the spc ones only do cars (judging from the pricing board they gave). i can still ask them to wash?? btw if i go to these kiosk and wash, will they be the one washing the bike or will they hand me the sponge and soap and ask me to wash?

herm... for my case, i am working at chinatowm, the carpark and toliet are quite near by... so jus take a pail walk afew trip and wash the bike lo... lolz...

There is shop doing very good snow wash at Kaki Bukit autobay. 2b bikes for $8. They will also degrease your rims and all.

I dont remember the name but it is on the 2nd floor and that's the only shop doing snow wash there I think. You can see the bike washing area covered with glass inside the shop. I think 3rd or 4th shop on the left when u enter the bike shop lane.

If I m not wrong @ Kaki Bukit autobay only HLC do snow wash. ..

lol you guys really meeting up to wash your bike? i think i try the shell station near bukit batok nature park first and also will try to wash it DIY. though i stay on the 6th floor, so got to make a few trips up and down.

 

can i use mama lemons on my bike? i use mama lemons whenever i wash my mountain bike after going bukit timah lol no snow wash and such

Yes, some people use that. I wash my bike if i ride through mud. If not, i just wipe it clean with pledge.

Btw, have you dont it? For first wash, good to hire the professionals availible in the forum to do it then you maintain yourself after that.
