It depends how u floor the first 3 gear... if u r heavy footed, then FC sure high.

Mine 1 tank can go 870km++ onwards(with air-con "on")

min 17.6km/L

:smile:

tats very good. heavy footed will get around 13km/litre of diesel.

if normal will be around 16km/litre

if drive slow slow, pick up slow, follow speed limit, i tink can get a min of 18km man!!

haha :cheer:

No more regrets.

Try not to do that, topping up a empty diesel vehicle is not the same like petrol engine. U can't just top up and expect it to run.

When i run in my vehicle, could reach 900+km when the reserve light is up. That is of course with slow and gradual pickup. Didn't even touch the 3k rpm. Air-con were at 50% usage. I drive like 6am in the morning, enjoying the breeze is way better than air-con.

Diesel vehicles will usually airlock when it low on fuel...Happens on most olden technology diesel vehicles not too sure abt the new euro vans n diesel power cars..but juz a note of being safe n sure :thumb:

Yeah, that's the best part. Diesel rocks! With the amount of torque we have and the value we pay, NO complains.

It's far more economic than my bike. Consider the amount of weight between the two, the fuel consumption is just amazing.

And with ur calculation, it's only 6cents per km. My tank that lasts about 800+km (if i drive normally) would be able to last 1.5 weeks. Can't imagine those days when diesel were less than 60cents.
