Customized top rack

Recently while riding I saw a spark that has a custom rack where he could move his rack to the rear pillion side when there's n pillion and can move it back if there is a pillion. Anyone knows where can I find that rack? Thanks

Just a question, why do you want a movable rack? What purpose does it served when you shifted the box to the pillion seat area?

I think it's at jb so go check it out. Should be quite easily available there cos mostly is those Malaysian bikes that have it.
