Yep, I've got a C1 and the odometer doesn't record 1/10 km (the trip meter does though so check that you were really reading the odometer).

 

Wow, that is a very high mileage bike! It won't necessarily be a problem cos Kawasaki build bombproof engines, but if I were you I'd check out the service history of the bike...if it hasn't been regularly serviced then you might want to think twice before handing over your hard earned cash!

i'm riding a 98 C1, my mileage is 43,000++

 

 

OK OK I admit I only ride twice a month at most but still 100000++ sounds like a lot. check with previous owner if possible.

 

I feel that a C2 of that mileage should be around $6000- $7000 depending on condition...

Thats because your's has gone 1 cycle already!

 

Imagine normal rider maybe makes say about 50km per day. 10days 500 100days 5000 1000days 50000.

 

1yr = 365 days.

 

When i used to ride to work, i would make 80-90km per day. Dun forget big cow riders usually take their bikes for a tour or two.

oh, i think u are wrong abt throttle.

he is those that really only ride his bike for once or twice a month. sometimes even less than that. unless u see a blue moon in the sky. my 97 zx4 already 1 cycle loh..... travelling up and down from west to north then to east....

no lah i am 2nd owner for this bike, first owner also hardly rides. just to work and back. no touring done basically thats why mileage is low.

 

I only clock about 200km a month and that only if i go on the track.

 

i reckon unless i go touring, the bike will not even hit 50,000km by the time i scrap it. hohoh

 

maybe if i hit jackpot, i will get a second hand 2003 sixer for the track.
