anybody use tyre sealant before? Really works?

This is just what i need, where do i get this in Singapore? I think the sealant type hardens inside the tyre spoiling the rims, better dont use. This slimy thread was used by Esso autoshop mechanics to fix my puncture the last time.

the tyre sealant was once popular in m'sia. heard people who used it, when changed tyre, all sealant stick to rim. tyre repair kit, i got it in autobacs. very cheap, come with few worms, 2 tools. for me, i got a small pump that came with the car. but never try before.. hope i dont have the chance!! lolx.
