hmm, yes i know its not approved.

the reason I choose to buy online is because I don't think anywhere in SG sell the helmet that I wanted. Secondly, I'm not looking at FF, just a nice looking helmet. Not really to wear on the road, just something I like to have. Hence, I thought about buying it online. Could say something like a piece of art...

Oh, if you're not wearing then ok la.. If you want to buy i can help you order =) But i can tell u, the item is v exp.. Somemore the currency is in pound..

Item Price + Shipping Fee * Exchange Rate = (Total Price)

yah, I figured it out around SGD$300+, or maybe more. The thing is, is the website reliable as in someone actually tried beforehand. Sometime ago I ordered some stuffs online, it never came to my doorstep. So kinda have that phobia abit..I'll take note anyway about ur offer.. :)

Nice! I guess ultimately we got to try the bike helmet's cutting before buying it online.

Only LTA can approve the helmets.

Never order helmets online. I bought a helmet from a US shop as the manufacturer sells only in Europe and US from Portugal, shipping from Portugal to US to me took 1 month, when it came they gave me the wrong size than what i ordered, then i had to send it back and wait for it to come back wait another month. Some more the unscrupulous merchant didnt pay me back for the shipping despite me disputing with him over paypal.

And btw, if u want to use good helmets, itll usually never have LTA's PSB sticker on it, cause they are too expensive for manufacturers to send for batch testing. So if u want to stay on the right side of the law, u suck thumb and use cheapo helmets, u want good ones, just dont get caught.

always go for closeouts & buy in bulk.

USA and Australia are your best bet.

shipping from USA longer as opposed to Australia.

fyi, anything above sgd500.00, you'll have to pay gst!!!!

after purchase, make sure vendor sends you an invoice stating very

clearly the amount & not factor in the shipping charges.

looking for drz parts, any parts will do!

it's really great to buy helmets online!

just click, pay and download your new lid without leaving your home!! ;)

haha

just kidding.

i have thought of it and some overseas offers are seemingly cheaper and better and all that

but if i were to spend few hundreds on something that's supposed to protect my noggin' i would like to try it out for fit and comfort

and despite all the "shipping insurance and handling" and all that good stuff... i don't feel comfortable with regular air freight of my skull protector in a cardboard box maybe getting thrown about versus an import by a local shop who has probably shipped it in a container and I can see for myself the condition of the box, so i have a bit of an idea if it's been packed and freighted right, versus getting a battered box

Grounded... :/
