Ride halfway no power - need some experienced ppl help!!

Hi all, I've been encountering problem with my sp I just bought. This problem occurs when I don't warm up my bike for at least 10minutes each time before I start my bike. Sometimes even when I warm up, this problem occurs also.

Let me begin.

 

When I ride halfway, it'll suddenly have no power, I turn throttle, I hear something like "grruu" running. But engine is not beating. Wheel do not lock... Is like, the engine still running, but when I turn throttle it got the "brruugghhgg" sound.. When I down gear, there is still engine break, which means the engine is not dead right.

There's this once is when I at expressway this problem occur, I faster anyhow throw clutch and throttle open close open close randomly, it manage to revive it and got me continue going! But after a distance, the problem come again..

 

Mechanic has helped me wash my cabeurator, oil tank and some check, but couldn't find the cause. Everytime I bring to his garage, the problem gone.. Zzz.. And also, when I let my engine run naturally to warm-up, it's like going stable for 5minutes already, still can engine stall when I jus sitting on it waiting for it to warm up. I did not open throttle or whatever, it just automatic die off.. Then I need to turn my key to off and then kick start afew time, then I on my key to "ignition" then I kick then it will start up again...

 

Any pro got solution?

Check sparkplug... sparkplug coil.. Rectifier, Coil, CDI

try checking for carb overflow..ie your petrol keeps on flowing even when your carb bowl is full..i woould remove carb bowl..and move the float up and down to dis lodge debri that prevents the valve from closing completely...

 

symtom...no power at higher speed..sound like what you describe..

spark plug would be wet and fouled by petro flowing into combustion chamber

recheck your ignition coil, sparkplug cover....could have water trapped due to rain

Good point. It happened to me on my RXS which had similar symptoms when riding in the rain. It made for rather exciting and heart stopping commutes especially on the highways. Turned out that the spark plug cap needed changing and after that, all was well.

Happen to me on my RXK is water trap, happen on my TZR is CDI Spoil, happen on my scooter is plug cap spoil.

 

So how u check? Air fuel Spark. Some things to check

 

float level

carb clean

clean fuel

good spark from plug lead to ground

good spark at plug.

sounds like valve jam, is it when dun have strength you maintain throttle the speed will keep dropping and if you maintain on the speed will maintain only at 50-60 km/h
