TZM150 YPVS Problem

Hello guys, i guest must be some guy are good in TZM150's PV solution.

any one could advice me about this, its quite headache abt this PV leaking problem.Everytime i fix the leaking, the livespan only around less then 1 month.

u got carrot la by ur workshop la! the valve of coz comes in two pieces when u unscrew the bolt.

...I rode an rd kia where the power valve is identical to tzm for a few years n a sg shop try to con me with this story...........scold the uncle n I told him I just bought the valve 50 from automachinery n just fixed a week ago tt time....wic shop ah tell u this story?

 

welll back to ts...the leaking is from where ah?

the valve cannot break into 2 pieces coz its already in 2 pieces...u use wat kind of 2t ah? mineral?

 

u got change the gasket or the o ring or not...I learntto clean my valve from a shop in kl at the famous 2 stroke heaven in sentul there....

If leaks persist after replacing gasket then is a sign to replace ur block.

I would suggest replacing the rubber O ring which is a oil seal. It is located on the valve drum itself.

2 pcs valve nt in production already since last 4n-5yrs.

For your info, It can be dismantle into two for servicing of the valve.

Unless Yamaha has reconstructed a new block which uses single one piece power valve.

perhaps can try first using a fully synthetic 2t and adjusting the 2t pump n take out the spark plug to view its condition
