hello people,

My bike pulsar wobbles if the road is uneven. On my daily route some stupid constructions keep happenning and they keep patching up the road.

If the road is smooth my bike is fine, as long as I hold the handlebar firmly held. But if there is patchup on the road and there is like edge on the middle of the road due to like a verticle patch then when my tyres roll along the edge, in parallel, my bike kind of tilts and then comes back to its position, very scary.

This doesnt happen on bumps or the white patches, it only happens if there is an edge for example if between 2 lanes, 1 lane is lower than the other lane, then when changing lanes, if I hit the edge parallel, then its very scary.

Please enlight what is the cause for this issue. Front tyre still pretty good. about 50% thread remaining. Rear tyre is wearing out, about 20% thread remaining. I dont mind changing tyres, but if the issue doesnt go away, then its a waste.

as far as i can figure, you are describing something that is entirely normal, especially since thinner 2b tyres makes this effect more pronounced. think about it: how the heck are the tyres and suspensions going to deform to accommodate a left-right bumps? they're only good for forward-rear bumps.

my advice is, grip tank hard with thighs and relax arms; assuming no grip issues like wet or sandy road, the bike naturally snaps back to balance. the worst thing to do would be trying to fight against it by tightening the arms or fighting the wobble through the handle bars.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

It is normal. Live with it or get your suspension/forks serviced that will set you back by hundreds for a marginal difference.

It is normal... Experienced it myself on my tzm and cbr400... Changing tyres doesn't help... It's still the same... That's why I keep complaining that LTA take our money but don't do anything at all... In fact they approve the construction companies to do that to the roads... Nobody doing the quality control of the patch ups... So feedback to the LTA, still nothing done... I'm really very curious why do we get fined when our bikes fall apart because of these roads... Lol...

Just check bearings/ front tire bearing and cone bearing, they "might" be wearing out or fork like what other people mentioned.. we can't have a full explanation until we check it out..

My guess is you gotten the bike sometime already since 2010 so it should be something wearing out instead of the roads.. If it happen on all the road or most of the road den check it out.. if it's just specifically this road, avoid this road lor.. :)

Kindly read thru at least the intro section first before decide to post any comments.... thanks...
