ya,i was once into sportsbikes too! haha..but i prefer not straining my back...riding a sportsbike makes me wanna go fast n do silly things...not tt i wanna but its so so capable! but nevertheless its just me...its different for every 1...r1 07 is cool too n i guess much moe affordable!!! and its japanese!

Sports bike looks r great.. i personally like R6 new models n Kawa 600cc too...

 

But y wanna get something that alot ppl would get.. n not getting something that alot ppl would dare to dream of owning only...

i do understand all abt the idea of owning a harley....i was in washington last year and had a chance riding a heritage through rental....the feeling is totally awesome cruising around with abt 4 bikers....my concern in sg would be traffic sxxks big time....and alot of time, drivers don't give way....and with the size of such a tua gu...hmmm...still in deep thought....

hmmm... tat depends how much u wanna weave thru the traffic ba..

of cse u cant compare the manuveribility of harley n sports bikes..

 

i riding a roadking.. n i think everything still ok.. but of cse there b times where its quite tiring to handle a over 350kg machine... tats exclude the top box n petrol n everything else...

Bro, just curious....how big is your build to handle this beast? i only 60/171 nia leh...and small build....heavy sia....used to ride a shadow400, stationary drop one time but cannot pick up the bike.....

177 / 75... i think its a matter of technique ba.. there r oso female sportser riders tat handle e machine quite well..

 

anyway cant compare shadow w nitetrain or those type of dragcrusiers u like...

shadow machiam like touring family of HD ma.. n i think its bigger than nitetrain, thou aint heavier..

that's a good size for a RK...i also like RK, saw one damn shiny chrome one always around siglap area....chio is the word.....thanks bro for the advice.....felt rather diff from the impression that i had with cruiser previously.....

shiny chrome bling bling definitely is nice n attractive.. but u duno e sad story behind it.. to maintain it..

hehehe, like i said...i'm not sure....will probably head down to harley store to check out the model...but my plan not so soon as i will be outstation soon for couple of months...so now is look look see see...if really got good deal, then i will just grab it first lor...ride later...

 

current ride is still my RVF...hahaha...diff. catergory...but intend to keep this bike for a change....

 

any bro got good deal, do let me know...i'm open to any harley....but preference will be towards soft-tail and sporster..cos tourer too BIG to handle liao...

tt's y i choose to blk it out...matte blk! powder coat if possible..haha..of course not everything la...its a theme thing...mine is skull + matte blk + chorme..

 

i`m 174/62 n night train i tink just as heavy or abit less than the rd king...ard 300+

 

starting abit weird on the handling...but get used to very quickly 1 la...of course cannot compare to jap bikes...as they are light n nimble...harleys are not light la...but than there are pros to it...as fengdrew's vest badge say's.. "If i have to explain,u wun understand" its a harley thing...lol~
