any shops for recommendations? how much does it cost to change rims n tyres? thank u

Get it done in JB. Much cheaper. Cost around RM195 for rims itself, without new bearings, valves etc. Tyres around RM160 onwards depending on brand & size. If you want it done in SG, not much choices and its gonna cost alot more $$$.

Squat infront of your bike & take a closer look at the fork tubes. Since you downfork, are they properly aligned? Maybe one is slightly lower than the other, causing you to feel the difference. Or get a mech to check the fork oil. Maybe one if them has lesser fork oil than the other. Several factors can lead to this. Hard to say without seeing the bike itself.

Between the oil filter cover & the engine casing, there should be a rubber seal. Its either the rubber seal is missing or not placed properly. Therefore EO can leak out. The only way is to remove the oil filter cover to check. But it is gonna spill out your EO.

So do not start the bike, get a friend & tilt your bike to the side with the oil filter cover facing upwards. When I say tilt, I mean tilt as low as possible until the bike almost touches the floor, then remove the oil filter cover. Only a little of EO will spill out. Check everything is okay and in placed, then tighten everything back & check if there is still a leak.

bro wat if everything is ok yet it still leak?

have any one tried the sprocket combination of 15-40?care to give some reviews?

You try first lah bro then can give review. Hehehe.

Then maybe its best you let a mech check it for you. Its hard for me to troubleshoot without seeing the bike itself.

That is gonna take awhile.

Latest news from Motoworld was that LTA claims the tri cone they sent for approval is too loud. Need to soften it a little. So some amendments had to be made & send for approval again. :slapforehead:

I think now maybe LTA has more stricter requirements. I am sure Motoworld is trying their best to get it approved, so as Gmax. :)

The shop Im talking about is WK Motorsports. The bikeshop between Kok Seng & the last restaurant. If you are planning to head to that shop tomorrow, I suggest don't as it will be closed due to Labour Day. Just a heads up for you. Not sure if other shops will be closed as well.
