stock mirrors wont vibrate, even if u are at 9000rpm.

anyway, they claim.... it's just a claim. i cant tell the difference between using v-power and 98. but i feel mobil 5000 has more power than mobil 8000. and Mobil Synergy F1 reduces the knocking at 5000rpm by really a lot...

Haha...last time i also use chiong mirror...ride abit will vibrate like hell le...now use orginal i dun see the mirror vibrate at all man...and is very clear...

hmm, guys, me have with a problem with me bike, dropping of gears seems too drastic??? when i shift down a gear, a "KLAK" sound would be heard and it feels like its hitting something, esp from 2nd to 1st... any remedys anyone? :cheeky:[/b]

it's normal. as long as u don't change to gear one when the bike is moving at high speed.

huh? me having no offence with the discussion here. Peace here. me just trying to be infomative and learn what ever i can. in fact i didn't noe aftermarket side mirrors vibrate that much until u all told me. I'm just trying to share my knowledge here and learn more from here. u asking me to join u for dinner ah? lol... i just eaten... so sorry... btw what's knocking means in flykite reply ah?

u ride SP before? u used to indicate that u had 2 x SP Proarm, or u have forgotten how the 2-stroke works??

so far, the only pple who appear to not understand vibration at 5000rpm are those riding big cc 4 stroke bikes... and those driving, of course, they think knocking is when their left feet have spasms...

i know stock can go til 220...i dun think its the way i ride....i nv pillion pple....

stock can go up to 290km lor... try tuning it to run lean lor... but it's going to lose power at high rpm, but it does clean ur engine well... try it! :thumb:

spocket size affects FC in a indirect way. if u do big rear spockets, u tend to rev to high rpm to gain high speed, increase FC. if u do small rear spockets, u tend to rev harder to get pickup, also increase FC. it's the way u ride.

i don't know wat kind of tuning, and i can't rem wat ah pin told me regarding that. there is some kind of drawback for that kind of tuning.

eh i rode sp before and i rode it for quite some time. i really dun understand what u mean by knocking. I believe u're talking abt the vibration of the bike, specially the piston. i believe the vibration u're describing doesn't happen on 2strokers but it also occur on 4strokers. like wave. Cause they are all single piston.

I assume that at 4.5k-5krpm, u are at 1/2 throttle, so u r using ur needle jet.

He must have changed e needle jet then.

Have u asked him what size did he change to?

Most probably its bigger cos u experienced knocking previously.

Now u r just running richer at 1/2 throttle thats all.

Lean is good for race machines cos of e more efficient rapid spontaneous combustion leading to greater pressure produced. However more heat is also produced which causes serious problems such as knocking.

Its not e vibration of ur engine. Vibration of ur engine is caused by e cylinders configuration.

Knocking is just the pre detonation of petrol in ur cylinder, causing unwanted back pressure against e piston, crankshaft n bearings before e combustion cycle is completed. This back pressure causes e engine to resonate, hence producing the 'knocking' sound.

In the long run, knocking will damage ur engine components.

Why four strokes when all you need is two?

I think 50 slots is more than enough for SBF SP riders.

But nevertheless can i reserve a spot?

Hahas!

I want spot no.18.

Erm why are we 16yrs old?

Took from the Tyga SP mod webbie:

"For those readers unfamiliar with the NSR150SP, here is some background. It was introduced as an Asian model only in 1997."

Start production 1997.

End production 2002?

SP RIP at 5 yrs old. Thats so young.

Otherwise put e age as 21. Think 21 represents e average age demograph.
