duno if e rectifier got prob or not...last owner say he left his bike headlight on once till batt flat n he left it like tat till he sell to me...but i did went to a bike shop to change a new batt...

 

last time push dwn slope still can start...nw totally cannot...

is it normal tat when i kick in 1st gear its very hard to push e bike even when i clutch in?? cos its like very heavy resistance in 1st gear clutch in as compare to neutral...

bro..check ur fuel knob..check whether it is turned on..if still cannot start..den u better push to bike shop liaoz..might b ur sparks plug or carburtor liaoz..

might b ur cable for speedo spoil or disconnected..check bhind ur meter for the cable..if disconnected,tighten it..if spoil..get a new 1

nvm if u can't go, but my personal experience is this: bike giving lots of problem until i got it fixed there. now i dont trust any SG motordiam anymore.

ask u all something huh...y is it tat i kick in 1st gear i can hardly push my bike fwd when i already clutch in...when i release clutch it just gets into complete stop!! is tat normal?? cos there is so much resistance tat i just cldnt get it push start or ride dwn slop n start....

 

i also wish to join u all to see wat is needed to b done to my bike...at least u all knw more than i do n can teach me stuff on hw to 'tame' my bike..haha...

bro i understand how u feel

1 week ago got same prob

bike out 1 week onli get tis problem

den 2 days in bike shop n another 2 days later same prob

den salesperson come to kick for mi a few times + throttle n it worked

another 2 days totally wrecked

unable to start

den the mechanic did somethin to my carburator n woah tings turned for the better

i went to Heng motors at toh guan by the way

i tink it's best for u to push bike back to one of the shops for a full service

might cost u thou

but at least solve once n for all den can ride again

ok bro i teach u..1st check ur fuel ...ON at 12 o'clock position.. 2nd ur on/off switch make sure its ON!! (alot new rider always forgot to on back!)

 

if all is fine then follow these:

off ur ignition

kickstart kick 30times with ignition OFF

then on ur key

then kickstart again with choke on

try throttle abit when u kick

 

one more trick is to let ur kickstart at highest point then u kick down hard!!!halfway u kick very hard to start...

 

and also make sure u got petrol and 2t

 

think thats all...

turn off the fuel knob, kick a few times without turning on the ignition. then turn on, pull choke and kickstart. don't throttle yet, may be a case of overflow. then if the bike start already, let it idle until the engine dies, then turn on fuel knob.

check your idling. turn the idling knob to get higher rpm and see if the bike starts. i have a colleague who got his idling tampered with. he couldn't start the bike until he checked his idling.

1. batt problem?

2. spark plug?

3. carb flood?

4. cable spoil?

5. idiling tampered?

6. fuel feed?

7. OFF switch?

 

the idling switch is below the fuel tank on the right side, a yellow star shaped object. turn it counter-clockwise to increase idling. rem to throttle a few times to let it settle into its idling speed.
