Hi , i'm considering buying a SP but i heard that SP is a bung ( accident prone) bike . Is this true ?

i agree to that too , but there must be something they do that cause so much accidents right ? i heard abt the tail of the bike being too light or something like that , to cause it to spin out ?

RIDER & OTHER ROAD USER ....

accidents depend on the rider, road condition and other road users. if you know how to ride a bike properly, able to ride without fear, able to ride spontaneously with the traffic condition, able to overcome any corners, you will find out that the nsr 150 sp is a good bike. not perfect, but good. it's a sportsbike afterall!

anybody knows where is AGL in malaysia??? Or any gd bike shops in malaysia?? nEar check point preferably..any idea how much to make the pipe hollow?? as in cut the inside stomach n all..thx:)

hi sp riders, help needed here...

 

my bike on high beam den got light. if i off high beam, but keep the switch on, no light. thought was bulb blow already, but change 2 new bulbs still not working.. is my switch spoil?

 

anyone encounter this before?? pls help...

RM60 can get liao

racingspec22: u mean u nv check the bulb then straightaway just replace meh? anyway, since u already replace, then maybe the wiring lor.

 

powiee: pple use SP to race, tts why have a higher incidence of buanging. most skillful lacers seldom buang. However, SAFE riders don't buang too. it's pple buang into them.

 

u make the final decision whether SP is a accident-prone bike. if u are thinking on the lines u are thinking, then imo, busas, blades and birds are more accident-prone.

same case here..onli high beam got light...

 

but i nv replace bulb la..cos heard from bike shop my headlight inside melt liao...onli can use high beam..or chnage the whole headlight!

the shop trying to carrot u

if ur headlight melt u can't even use the highbeam

 

Powiee: FC depends on tuning and the way u ride, some pple claim kawa got better FC, to each his own.

nope. sp doesnt have any legal aftermarket exhausts.

 

 

and it could be the connectors that melted instead, OR the circuitry in the switch itself :/

headlamp melt still can use high beam

juz a matter of time b4 high beam will spoil too

persnally experienced

 

if ur headlamp melt v obvious way of noticing is to see if there are cracks in the headlamp, sometimes must look v closely

usually the cracks will spread out from the bulbs

 

another way to see if headlamp melt is when after u change new bulbs, u look at them and u notice that they are clear (basically very new)

after a few days, they turn dirty green (obviously u look when ur engine is off)

 

good luck

btw headlamp melt u change bulb 10 thousand times the bulbs will still eventually blow

thats wat the bike shop tell me..u change bulb also no use..must change the whole light he say...
