Well , here we have a very good example of "WHY WE SHOULDN'T REPLY TO LAME POST"

Riders are naturally more daring then Drivers , cause Riders are constantly facing danger on the road.

Hi, anyone knows what are the balancers for? And whether they are for show only. Thanks.

the balancers are actually to reduce vibration and increase stablity of the steering when at higher speeds. its NOT for show only.

actually the heavier the balancers are, the more stable your handlebar is.

guys, lets stop the crap about jb/sg whatever. both countries has its good and bad parts. same with people.

since both complain about sg n msia lets take the goods parts of sg n the good parts of msia and combine together to form a new country

Good and bad is just the difference between perceptions.

Thanks for the replies. I actually changed my SP stock balancer to a colour one..... RM18. That time thot it is for cosmetic only. But after changing feel that the handle bar is lighter and easier to manoveur ..... So what I am afraid is, am I putting myself at any risk.

On the sg,jb issue, I think we all know the pros and cons so rather pointless to make any comments. Lets stop all this and make this forum a more friendly and constructive one.:cheer:

hey guys wan to ask.. i wan to have my own transport., but problem is i goin ns soon.. will for eg NSR150 SP break down easily if i use it when i book out...?

the nsr150sp is quite a cheap bike to maintain. you just need to find a good condition one and maintain it. but if you want a real cheap bike, maybe you should get a 4stroke kupkia or something.

it doesnt break down easily, unless you really dont bother taking care of it. same with most (almost all actually) bikes.

yo, congrats in getting your sp!

actually if you look back a few pages, you'll notice that we did mention kim hock motor (KHM) which is located in JB, ah gua lane. i know some of the guys always go in, maybe xeonvenom would like to bring you there for service?

i dont really support going to any SG shops to do your sp, they have either poor service, or charge too expensive (for some of the good mechs around). but ultimately its your decision on where you want to go.

do join us for outings yar? ^^

omg. what a question.

like that every bike in bike shop confirm all break down one.

cos all put there so long.

i think the amount you pay is proportional to the quality. Mech tell me you want cheap they just wrap up and use spray can to spray. I saw at AGL they also wrap up ur wheel and spray from spray can ..... dun think the paint will last long.... i think the range is from 30 to 80 per rim
