Something happening just happened about 1 and half hour ago.At Yishun carpark.

just as i was leaving the carpark, i noticed a suspicious looking indian man walking around like a drunk and looking in the cars and motorbikes there..............

That b*****d had pulled out an iu unit from an NSR.

Owner of FS4**0J, most likely your iu unit is at the yishun north police station right now.Would definitely be pleased if you are one of the fellow-forumer.

if wanna change then lets change this week or next week can ? cause my full servicing date has passed already.

oh yah. btw... sunday i went to changi airport and parked my bike. when i was walking into the terminal i noticed 3 bikes that had their cashcards left in the IU. if i had been a thief i would be 3 cashcards richer already man. so pls remember to take your cashcards when you leave your bikes guys.

use the cheapest one you can find

 

gear oil no need good one lah, 30,000km change once also no problem

er, freak , 30,000km u prolly . at around 5000-10000 the gear oil is already very dirty. even if the engine isnt using it . the gears are using it.

i notice that xing hock only maintain sports bikes and waves .. i'm thinking of introducing my friend to go repair his phatom's gearbox there , is it advisable ?

Can..Can take but don't use at the terminal carpark..Coz they go in the thingy already have their cashcard number recorded..And if they made a report of stolen card..The CCTV would have captured your image exitin the carpark..Ahaha..

when moving...

u kicked too soft la......

when stopping, if its hard to kick to neutral, push a bike forward a bit den try kicking up again.. tat should do the job...

maybe u should change ur engine oil / gear oil already....

Let go abit of the clutch..Then try to engage in neutral gear again..Shd be easier..

i agree with wait4me that its probably your clutch plate. however i think its not worth the money to change the plate just cause of this small problem. when at a stop you can do what craz_03 says which is to hold in your clutch and roll your bike a bit forward while trying to kick it into neutral. an alternative is to hold in your clutch and rev to about 2-3k rpm... should be able to kick into neutral after that. what i do is as i am slowing down and nearly come to a stop i would kick it into neutral already.

Don't think its the clutch plate..Biting point too near or just release a bit more clutch should engage in neutral with ease..No problem..Think if the engine die even when in neutral then must change clutch plates..Or when you clutch in then the engine dies..Sometimes just a simple turn of a knob can fix these problems..

ah, when u all got hard to go neutral problems. i got keep on going to neutral problems. esp when i try to change gear 1 to gear 2. quite often it stucks at neutral
