jerkybeef: carbon fibre look alike sticker. makes it look kewl. chrome is out, CF is in this season. lol. just take a look at gryfinddor's bike! hehe!

hong, tml i need to go bike shop and get my bike horn fixed, RPM lights and tune my idling RPM.. i stay around hougang area.. got any recommended bike shops for me around my area? i heard some ubi bike shop not bad but dont know how to go le.. first time visiting bike shop. need help.

Of course must have 3G phone or else how to transmit live images to your phone? Soon I will be putting on a Cobra Security System as well. This one is fiercer. If anyone tries anything funny the system will release a bad odour, deterring the pending theft.

That reminds me..I've always wanted to try that on my bike too..Go shop/supermarket always forget to buy..Easy off BANG..BANG and the dirt is gone..Ahaha..

i guess it's carbon fiber sticker.. they paste it so that ppl tok the part is made of carbon fiber.. very light but very stong material used in Formula 1..

The actual carbon fibre is light..The sticker is just for looks..In no way will strengthen the part or your bike but will give you the "zhng" look..Ahaha..Also carbon fibre will shatter into tiny little pieces in a crash..

When i was riding my SP last time,i owas go Planet but the repair they do not reli up to standard.Reli,they are ok but most of the time they are very buy and they will not give their very best. Quite alot of negative feedbacks these daes..

eh guys. someone was talking about how we should not turn off our engines when the engine is still hot. i was just wondering how to cool it down first ? SP is air cooled right ? so if we leave it there won't it become even hotter ? LOL

Hope i can help,erm wen i was riding Sp last time,i didnt wait till it cools,its ok to turn off engine even wen hot. Its normal and yes its air cooled.. dun wori,the bike wun be affected..

unless it's REAL CF, and not water-transfer printing or sticker type, it's just for cosmetic purposes. those sold at ah boy are very fake looking. no offence desmond |:

 

to have very real looking CF printing done, it'll cost a bomb..

haha.. i must say Planet's mech is good especially the boss Ah Chong.. but compared to bigger bikeshops.. the technology may not b tat advanced.. they work w experience n not really tat much on technology.. i haven't been to K&T so i can't do much of a comparison.. but the feedbacks hav been rather on the better side for both of this motordiams.. in SG.. it's quite difficult to find motordiams tat dun overcharge even if u r a newbie.. am i right? anyway i saw a fully CF krr at Planet the other day.. i heard it was being sprayed in JB.. but in my opinion.. how to spray??? it's damn beautiful i must say..

got.. i see before at cine carpark. it's printed on i think. can't be full CF fairings. if i'm not wrong full CF fairings for aprilia rs125 alr costs almost 2k.. biketech21 brings in lots of CF accessories, can go down there and ask if they bring in SP CF fairings too. lol. think shah will laugh at you.

 

lim: go get CF rims.. but i think it's around 800 for a pair.. or maybe even more
