NSR 150 manual got show how to adjust.. may b u can try..

wah kenNUFC, ovcerhaul cost $700 eh? what do they change besides block, piston and conrod? is it counted as too expensive or wat?

block and conrod alone chalk up close to 550+ alrdy. piston mayb 150? mind u,that haven include replacement of engine bearings and clutch plates.

You were sayin about top haul..Full overhaul is a different thing altogether..But they will only charge you for whatever you change..Definitely will not change everythin unless your bike really really really been neglected for so so so very long..

top overhaul on requires the removing of the top block. so the only parts that will be change are piston ring, piston, block.

 

bottom overhaul means taking off the whole engine frm the bike frame. it starts from the conrod and everything else below it.

you can adjust biting point at somewhere else too. but i don't know how to explain to you. lol.

there are to places where u can adjust ur biting point for ur clutch. one is at the clutch lever and the other one is at the below on the right side. usually i adjust from the clutch lever.

yeah can extend for a few months. like wat i did last time. i just extended for 1 month. my bike still under installments. i just ask the bike shop to do it for me. hope this helps.

yubeng..Just follow the trail where the cable (clutch) leads to..Think sould be quite near the engine..There got two nuts can adjust the cable also..If you still dunno..Best is to leave it to those who know..Later you turn here and there wrong nuts or wht then bike become funny even worst..Ahaha..

Can extend few months..But change insurance company must ask your bikeshop..

actually its quite hard for us to tell you liddat. just call mitsui up ask them for quotation and then call NTUC up and ask for their quotation. then call up some friends of yours to chit chat. after all that you just have to compare the two quotations you got and see which one cheaper.
