Honda NSR150SP Riders

My dad took my bike for servicing as I was busy with attachment.

 

List of things changed:

 

Gasket - 18

Spark Plug - 4

Coolant - 5

Engine Oil - 13

Piston Ring - 40

Valve Wire - 15

Coolant Tank Cap - 15

Wheel bearing - 18

Air filter - 13

 

All SGD.

 

But somehow, after servicing, my bike feels powerless. Cannot pick-up fast, almost as slow as vans? Have to rev high. All gears like no power one, compared to before servicing. Description is like, taking a long time to reach a certain speed compared to before servicing.

 

Any comments?

Maybe ur valve is full of carbon? try doing a full service eg.decarbonise pipe and stomach,valve,wash carb.. It my helps too coz after long usage the 2T are stuck and block the valve....

Perhaps you can go do tuning.

Guys, other than the problem i have that mentioned earlier. i realised one time this morning.

 

What are the other things that we need to check like onces per month? Other than changing spark plug and engine oil, chain lube.

 

Its like car have a cooler system that you have to top the water or else your engine will burn out. ETC this kind of things.

 

Other than that, after seeing so many pro arms, i realise that my front header lights struture is not the big type, is the round type. Is it because mine is double arm? Able to change to the normal one, the one that will look more cool?

st 33 is very near tamp mart.. block 300+..

any idea to know signs of knowing your brake pads is finishing or disc plate is going to spolit? When i brake, i can hear sqeaking sound from the front. i see my disc plate like got lines/scratches?? going round and round? normal?

any brake pad to recommend? if change brake pads change front and rear together better or what?

It means going to finish. You can actually go to the front and see how much the brake pad left.

 

But normally, when the squeaking sound appear when you brake, it means going to finish le.

Not really la..Sometimes just need to clean away the brake dust and everythin wil be fine..Use a torchlight and see your brakepad..See if it needs to be replaced..

hahaha promotion? company loyalty is a thing of the past.

do you think i will still be earning the same kind of peanut nsf pay from two years ago?

 

anyway times have changed, with company van to drive, i no longer clock 100km a day. in fact, nowadays it takes me almost a full week to clock 100km.

 

imagine my full tank = 450km , one month i pump once enough liao!

 

why can't afford a nsr250? i can easily buy one now, pay by visa or mastercard first only mah
