hey peeps ..

i gotta few problems ...

 

1)

 

before my bike got sent to th workshop, my bike fairly easy to start. just 1 or 2 kickstarts, and the engine will start already. but after i took it out from the shop, at first it was okay. but started to go haywire. at first i tot it was the cold atmostphere thats why hard to start. but problem doesnt go away ...

 

and i never ever ever on the choke before. but now i'm using the choke more often.

 

what could be the reason ? i read frm previous posts that it may be fuel overflow blablabla .. but wat do u tink ?

 

setting?

must wash carb?

 

oh and when i let the bike idle to warm it up, it dies off.

 

2) my pillion seat cannot take out ! coz of the catch at the back or something. turn and turn also cannot open my seat. nearly broke my key coz of forcing to turn the keyhole to take out the seat. can this problem be solved by changing the thing? is it possible?

 

3) what size spark plug does rr use? and roughly how much will it cost? coz i think i need to go change spark plug but dont know what size and how much , scared later kena carrot chop ....

 

4) yesterday when riding, suddenly my bike lost power... was at rpm 4 all the way, throttle until cannot throttle also at most reach below 5 ... had to down gear to counter this ... throttle cable something wrong? coz it was from my accident, when throttle then like nothing come in, bike move very slow ...

send to another reputable bikeshop to check it out..

no point asking here..

coz maybe u sent to a not-so-gd bikeshop...

if the shop is reputable enuff..

u can always go back n tell them ur problems n let them solve it..

I am planning to get a bike but i can't decide whether to get nsr or nsr rr and i need some advice on the pro and cons / which will be a better choice to get?

I had the same dilema as you few months back and i bought NSR SP. Heh. i think SP can go faster.

 

Anyway i was thinking of changing my tyres. They skid easily despite the tyre linings are still deep. Anyone have suggestions?

Tyres skids due to the grip or compound and not the depth of thread left. The thread is just to channel out the water due wet weather riding..

Normally ppl will just get the SP, its cheap anyway. Not to mention when both NsR were 1st made , SP had that little more power than RR models.

Pro arm looks better too lol.

Yes, always recommended to use the same for both..

90/80 front and 110/70 rear is the norm for most riders. Though the stock size is 90/80 front and 120/80 rear.
