Her's is what i define as workplace virus..

 

She can reach workplace early in the morning feeling good, but once there for awhile, the virus infects her and she feels sick..Having infected with that, she will take MC and once she is at home or anywhere else other than her workplace, she will feel good and energetic since it's not her workplace already..
