oh. in other words im like wasting money? :(

so for sp the main concern is 2t not transmission?

which gear oil normally people use? other than motul transoil. anw is it good?

U use a 7 dollar semi syn EO and use a 30dollar gear oil will barely feel anything de la.. Just change new EO everytime u service if u use normal semi syn EO.

How do we say this , And where do we start

Everything hurts, Especially our heart

It hurts us so much, That we can see you no more

I wish we got to say our goodbyes, Before you walked in Gods door

We missed you dearly , And we try not to cry

But we know we'll see you later, So this is not our goodbye

Well i never use Castrol Power 1 Racing b4. i guess its the same as R2/TTS maybe its just different packaging. To me Castrol is very wet. U'll notice the the endcan's tip if u underwhack:cheeky:.

I prefer Esso Gold/ Mobil 1 Racing than castrol.

As for M710 i only used once. Hate the green colour and its thick. to me it looks, feels & smells like those green low-end esso low smoke synthetic blend 2t and worst part its expensive.

My all time fave is Duckhams QTT. Gold colour, not very thick, not very expensive, made in UK, has the word duck in it and best part is its damn smelly like burning plastic.

All above is just my opinion and personal preferences.

Wahaha... i really laugh my sides open when i read this...

Wats the meaning of laugh my sides open??

hi guys when parking my bike back just now i find it damn hard to fine neutral, like the footrest is stuck at gear 1... have to turn off the engine first then can kick up to neutral easily.....

then when bike is in neutral, hard to play with the gears like from 1 kick up to 5....

anyone can advise me on this problem?

possible to be the clutch cable tightness? was ok yesterday but before i left the shop today i tightened the screws near the clutch lever....

http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=147054&highlight=clutch+cable

sigh...

1st thing i can advise is to adjust the clutch lever biting point distance.

Adj it further by turning the dial on the clutch lever anti-clockwise until there isnt any free play. Now try and see is there any difference.

Very close biting point may cause the plates not to be full disengage when u clutch in. This cause more friction and wears out the plates faster and thus more difficult to engage gears especially in a stop position.

Another is to change eo. but u gotta maintain or play around the clutch lever distance as well. If its still the same. Then most likely the plates are worn or starting to wear soon.

Cant remember the exact price of the plates but is around $10+- each.

There's 6 in total. 5 normal and 1 special (slightly different is pattern).
