None of this will prevent it from being stolen if they are determine to steal yours..The only safe method??? Park in ur living room..

Mine always has oil on the floor after parking overnight.

what colour is the oil? location of the oil leak? is it near the side stand? if it is then just need to change a seal, less than $10...

yes it is located at the side stand and i believe the oil is quite clear.

Check if Ur fuel level drop or smell whether got any petrol smell. if it does, its the seal for fuel tank as mine spoilt before. Change asap else it's very dangerous.

clear and yellowish? then should be need to change oil seal located near the engine cover.... should cost around $10 to change...
