clutch plates? clutch cable loose will only affect you when clutch in. means you are not fully clutch in before you change gear. clutch cable can be adjusted.

From ur description It should be the clutch housing. Quite common for sp. No big issue abt it IMO

just now, after school @10pm, i went to bukit timah esso to take a leak and buy some tibits. then there's this black sp with gold honda wing, and a set of rain jacket cargo-netted on the pillion seat, smoked me for 2 traffic lights from esso before exiting toh yi ='(
