but like waste of money leh....

u know got any shop change chains olny or not?

Its always good to change both together, they tend to wear off each other. Avg cost for chain & spocket around $100-$150 depend on the type of chain & spocket U choose.

yup...price for changing of brake fluid is ard $20

HKL quote me $25 before

they using this Repsol brakefluid

i was thinking to change mine too. cause i cant see clearly my brake fluid due i think dirt. so was thinking to change mine. bgoy your wat type u change? good anot?cause brake fluid i don think need so expensive unless u r racing where the fluid need to withstand high temp due to consecutive hard braking n stuff.

for me taking this bike only for transport so normal one can le.

.......................................................................................................................

anyway sometimes the creaky sound is simply due to the pads rubbing against the disc though yr brakes are nto depressed

thats all...dont condemn the prev shop cause of that?

haha maybe even i don condemn, other ppl might also. don want mention that shop. this creaking problem had been with me for around 5mths le. still the same. moreover i was told that maybe the shop gave me a wrong pad for the wrong bike thus the pad not so suitable for my bike. cause if the pads are rubbing onto my disc, when time past, the pads will get worn but how come still got that stupid sound. cause i remember when i installed the pads, the mech like cut my pad to fit my bike, so i guess he indeed gave me a wrong pad.

.......................................................................................................................

According to paper specifications, sp full tank should be only 10.5 litres...which means include reserve liao...

i sometimes also can pump till 11+litres and my tank not totally empty. still got abit left. i think the capacity is untill the metal bar,but we squeeze more petrol so exceed the metal bar and thus can pump more petrol lo.

but whenever i pump so full and nv ride, i always off my fuel line. scared the oil overleak my carb and leak out. just too paranoid of me..silly me

.......................................................................................................................

i went 2 hkl yesterday n they help mi tithen my chain but they say it spoit oready.so do i need 2 change whole set if my spocket is still gd?

when u change your chain, make sure u change your sproket as well. so even if your chain is new, sproket old, it will deterriot your chain so fast that u must change again. so always change them in a pair..

if u might want to know the market price, i was quote $130 for DID and $140 for RK o-rings

hi i'll like to ask some qns b4 i spend some marney to change stuff...

1) when u hold ur mudguard n move it left n right...is it supposed to move a lot or juz a little? how much for a mudugard?

2) how often do we need to change clutch plates...is 1 year a good guideline..how much for e plates?

3) how mcuh is reasonable for a choke cable?

4) after some dickhead knock my bike down, neutral is v hard to kick...probably cos e gear level contacted wif e kerb...is there a way to solve this, short of changing e gearbox? anyway how much for a gearbox?

5) i changed my clutch lever myself then e thing like v loose as in when u move it up and down can feel it move more than if u do e same thing for the front brake...clutching in no problem but is this correct? to haf a lot of freedom to move up and down e clutch lever?

6) i'm confused as to if i make my forks higher, will e bike be more upright on e sidestand or will it slant down more? and make fork higher will make front suspension harder right? then make fork hgiher still muz top up fork oil not?

thanks :)

How do U definie by a lot or little? May need you to explain more.

2) how often do we need to change clutch plates...is 1 year a good guideline..how much for e plates?

I think its ok to change once a year just to keep the bike in tip top conditition, but price wise not sure though.

3) how mcuh is reasonable for a choke cable?

I change my roughly about $30, imagine just for a piece of long thin metal.

4) after some dickhead knock my bike down, neutral is v hard to kick...probably cos e gear level contacted wif e kerb...is there a way to solve this, short of changing e gearbox? anyway how much for a gearbox?

Gearbox? Or gear level? Maybe U wana call in to check.

5) i changed my clutch lever myself then e thing like v loose as in when u move it up and down can feel it move more than if u do e same thing for the front brake...clutching in no problem but is this correct? to haf a lot of freedom to move up and down e clutch lever?

Is it tighten properly? Try a few time and see how it goes.

6) i'm confused as to if i make my forks higher, will e bike be more upright on e sidestand or will it slant down more? and make fork higher will make front suspension harder right? then make fork hgiher still muz top up fork oil not?

This have more to do with your side stand, mine is a good example my old sidestand was tilting at quite a lean angle initially but after I change it now its kinda straight, some bro say too straight .

Mine is from VectorOne, install by them is better as they r authorized to install it. If you encounter any problem wif the hose after installation by other motordiam dun think can go back find them as they can say it's due to improper installation.

Sunday interested. tbc again see schedule.
