no la basically is mod for pickup by the last owner. its a SP that has the pickup of a scrambler yet versatile enough for cornering on the track. a bike that will give u a distinct advantage if u playing those track with few straight road and lots of corners.

 

its also good enough for road use. u get more than enough power when u need it. like when overtaking cars and getting out of a taxi's blindspot. imagine the normal pickup already feel like opening valve. when the valve open..... hohoho. even more power.

 

and the good thing is that all this power comes free! 268km on main tank!! reached 330km + b4 i hum chee and go pump. but when i open still got a fair bit of petrol! even my army fren who test rode say this SP got more power than his RVF.

 

the only mods are the pipe which is super TONG, the racing footrest, the added numbers on the rear spocket and i don't know wat the prev owner did but this SP is lower and lighter than normal SP. and the best thing is that it is innocently hidden in a new coat of Telefonica Movistar paint.

 

really sad to sell it laaaah. :cry: don't say stock or newer plate la, where else u find SP with 270km on main tank... damn sad... :cry:

U 268km - 330km is u mileage or top speed? U sp 330km can beat all tua gu leh, so powerful ah same wif hayabusa liao leh...

 

If say is mileage i believe cos normal sp can hit that mileage, if top speed i...

flykite: i still wish i had my wr2. then can test with you :~ anyway wow! my sp has quite fast pickup last time, but it ran on 110-120km till reserve! poo. hey, why not i test with you before you sell the bike? sp vs rvf wan? i wana see how fast ur sp, then maybe can kapo some of your sp parts to mine! hahaha

If mileage can lah. I try before liao, my tank can hit 260km then open reserved can hit more 70km still hav petrol in tank. But if u pump full full mobil F1 in JB u can do that, last tm i try V-power pump full full hit 210km open resvered. big different loh...

Hi junyi sorry abt yesterday cos i too tired can't accompany ur go agua lane repair bike. Next tm ba, we organis other day then i lead ur go makan, shopping and go agua lane walk walk know some bike shop boss loh. Haha...

Yo guys..anyone of ur went to pitstop last fri? I was there & i saw quite a lot of SP riders..quite rowdy! haha!! gt a mixture of i tink kawa & cbr400 or rvf...nt dat sure thou...keke!! Mine SP is orange & black, if anyone of ur gt notice...

 

Btw gt to ask...wad type of mod or rather wad parts ur change or service therefore ur mileage can go so far? mine is ard 180 & hav to open reserve liao...tink aft reserve shud be 220..the record is without pillion,wif pillion shud be lower by i guess 10-20km....Thanks for ur guidance! Hope will be able to join [J] outing on Jan 06....

i went to my bike shop and the mechanic changed the fuel injection valve to a smaller input..

Its a cafe near shaw tower, beach road.. Exact road name not too sure, personnally went there once only, bikers frequent there.

Its along Jln Sultan one of the alleys named Kandahar street...U can find the direction inside the street directory..hope this might helps.
