motor diams r so dangerous

This is something i jus want to let ppl know. u guys know "I mOtoooor ring" and "Speedering Way" a guy name shun hong is a FCUKer sales man. i agreed on a rvf fs plate selling at 6800 i find it a real gd deal and place a 400 deposit.

 

he promised ill get the bike by 2 wks the lastest and i ended up waiting for month.

when i got back to him he told me the bike cant sell it to me as they found out tat the pevious owner sold them the bike is a FN so they r gonna sue him and he asked me to choose another rvf FQ plate tat cost 7000

 

Now i like tat previous bike tat is y i place the desposit he cant ask me to change another bike and gave me these reasons which i dunno if its true and force me to get another bike.

 

So i turn down the offer and asked for the refund. These are the things he try to do

#1. He tell me excuses tat he need to ask the bank for withdrawal. (And dragged 2 wks i call him everyday.)(and from wad i know the deposits we place with them doesnt goes to the bank for pending our loan approval. They keep the money to protect themselves and chop us.)

 

#2. After 2 wks of chasing he finally told me he think cannot. I tell him off abt the bike unable to give me is their resposibilty to make sure wadever legal problem abt the bike is not my problem. Then he said he tries again.(these r all methods when sales man trieds to eat ur deposit.)

 

Then i went down ever few days for tat money he keep psychoing me to get another bike. How i can still trust him? I ask to speak to the boss or someone who can calls the shot he told me they wont bother abt me WTF!!

 

#the 3rd excuse he said the accounts r closing and need me to wait till the next month.

 

#The next month he told me the person is not ard. i Freaking told him if i come on tat specific date he must prepare the money!!!. i waiting the whole day for the person and he didnt come.

 

#The next wk i went down then i realise they had an office with admin ppl up stairs and any1 of them can do the refunding.

 

Is he a FCUKER or wad wasted so much of my time but lucky i got it back so guys u have to be persistant if u believe ur right i know im naggy but the story is much more longer then tat. These sales man r all full of lies

Sounds like a real sad case if its really true.

 

Anyway, the day that you were there for the whole day, you should talk to every customer that he attends to n tell them your story... sure to turn off many pple. And he'll be so pissed he'll gladly return you your money. If he doesn't, threaten to come every other day to do the same thing to him.

He can't do anything cos you are not shouting at his customers, you were merely chatting with them. You have valid reasons to be waiting at the shop so he cannot ask you to leave or call police. You have the upper hand all along.

 

But glad you got your money back. At least its a lesson learnt. Btw, you can always check up the bike from the one motoring website to see if the licence plate is real or was it retained. Compare the year registered and the Plate no you roughly can see if the sales nut was trying to pull out of a lousy deal. If he was..... double whammy.

As a Salesman he can't afford to lost his commission, thats why he is stalling all this while. sadizm U sure have alot of patience I won't give a dam whether the boss or admin around I expect my money back and thats thats (give one or two day grace period), don't give me crap reason.

That's exactly what happen to my friend when he wanna take back his $500 deposit for his K6 when they fail to deliver the bike as promised....

 

Same reasons lor.... Account closed for this month, the account person not around can't process, the money is not with them so they can take out and give him, pending big boss approval etc etc etc etc.....

 

Kaoz sometimes I really salute these guys leh.... this kind of c*** and bulls story also tell until "got dragon, got tiger" (wu leng wu hor)

hey the bike is a FS 962C he told me they need to push the bike back becos the previous owner change the license plate b4 it was a FN bike originally. So they need to return to that guy and sue him for breaching of contract. But this is wad i found

Definitely MUST lodge a complain to CASE.

 

you may also want to try speaking to the boss about this and threaten to lodge a complaint against them.

FS plate is indeed a yr 2000 reg bike..

FN is a 1996-1997 reg bike
