Where to make customised racks?

Im looking for any welding shop which makes customised racks for my bike?

seng kwang is the best shop to go for customised rack. however the price is steep.

 

just to share my experience, initially tot of going there to order..however..i post in sale request forum of my needs n within 1 day the'res a seller whom keep it. although it is 2nd hand, its in good condition n its really the type i want...bought it at less than 50 bucks compare to hundreds at seng kwang.

 

just my 2 cents of my experience bro..

Yeah..the best choice right now for me is to actually ask around in the forum. I rather get a 2nd hand rack instead.
