anyone knows how much?

i've heard ninjas with the akra, they sound good.

It's true: it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than to ride a fast bike slow. Admittedly, though... It is MOST fun to ride a fast bike fast!

seriously, this is the sound i want.

its no exaggeration that this sound mimics a ducati.

i've heard it once on a m'sian ninja, but didn see wat brand it was.

Hey Mech, the slipon for akra is $808 bf gst, so probably ard $870?

I like that we have more options now, with the gianelli and now the akra

And maybe you saw the arrow?

I've seen most of them in this setup.

BTW, when you did the brake lines, did the shop retain your ABS?

Planet insisted skipping the ABS controller when I went there to change to ss brake line, and I was wondering if that is common practice?

First things first, ss braided hose:

I installed the hoses with my ABS intact. Then i sent for ABS recall, ABS replaced with my ss hoses intact.

I dun understand planet's insistence on bypassing the ABS. Plenty overseas ninjas change ss hoses and i never heard of this bypass. In fact i specifically ask k&t whether abs affect ss hose and he said should not make any diff because directly replace stock rubber hose only.

Frankly my only speculation is that with ABS need more measurement and more hose pieces, a lot easier to just bypass and fix like normal brake line. To fit our bike, you cant use off the shelf hoses, you need to custom cut to measure.

If you want, go k&t. His ss hose supplier last time used my bike to measure the lines, so now they have measurements to pre-cut and fit ninja300 without ordering a custom made set. Cannot remember price, but standard.

Thanks for info about akra price. I considering.

I also watch arrow on youtube. Arrow comes closest to the two brothers pipe i shared. Local got approved arrow?

Anyone got updated list of approved ninja slip ons? I only know leo vince qnd now akra. How much is gianelli?

This morn for the second time I spotted a m'sian registered ninja3 (or rather it was a z3 but same same lah) with an aftermarket exhaust that sounds just like the thumping 2 brothers exhaust in my previous post. Unfortunately I was on the wrong side to spot the brand.

It sounds dam good, like a ducati. Not at all like yoshi or akra shown in youtube. If its sold in Singapore and legal, I genuinely would fork out up to 1.2k for it right now. Like, now!

Wonder if its arrow. Anybody know if theres an arrow distributor here?

From what I know, its quite common for msia ninja300 to use arrow exhaust. Sound quite bassy too but not sure if it's the one you're looking for.. arrow sort of sounds like yoshi
