Generally

Flush radiator coolant every 2 years.

Check brake pads.

Change brake fluid every year.

Wash carb

bigger bikes might have to adjust valves.

Don't have leh. When do i need to change?

when changing your tires, ask your mechanic to check for you. if it feel rough or not spinning freely, it is time to change.

for valve clearance, some mech will try to listen for some ticking sound. not sure how accurate is that:goodluck:

Hi, you mentioned ticking sound. Currently other than the engine/exhaust sound, there's a funny sound like a metal ticking away. Any idea?

i seen it before on those smaller bikes, when the engine off and start to cool down you would hear the "tick" sound. Some mentioned its cause by contraction of metal in the exhaust.

bike is a machine without soul, rider would inject new life and character to this machine
