Alooo guys, newbie here..just collected my bike yesterday, FBH plate..bought it at MAH for $7k+..would recommend anyone thinking of buying to go survey there 1st if you want..

 

would like to know if anyone here knows where I can go to change the headstock of the bike? e.g alien head headstock and any recommended shops to do carbon fibre wrap?

Yup... best calculate new bike plus interest n used bike with interest..

I think it is worth it....

A lot of factors come into play, always depends what you want/need....and can afford. I did go see a $1k 10 years old scooter but it was falling apart-cheap but far from good!

I think it's worth it because its $2k cheaper than a new bike with almost negligible mileage/usage.

What's the warranty on these bikes anyway? 2 years?

 

FBF plate, COE till August 2021, milleage 5500, with box, selling $5k. Is it worth?

Normally buy from direct buyer without any warranty. Luck play a part and testing of the bike. If buy from dealer, there will be 1 year warranty.

Got "aeroplane" today by seller working as instructor at Ubi Driving Centre.

 

I then decided to get the new SYM GTS200. Got it today for $6,900 otr, inclusive 2nd party insurance, ERP unit, 6 months road tax, Givi top box, 2helmet and 1 raincoat. I am paying cash and collecting the bike next Tuesday. A very good deal than ASP that quote me $7.5 today, if paying cash.

Hmmm, maybe I shud have used ur dealer bro, haha..I paid 7k coz I wanted the glossy givi box type and wanted a black bike too..anyways, luck on ur side bro n enjoy the ride! =)

Got mine today...downpayment $500...2yrs x$199...coe end 2018..

Bike out look is 6/10...

Not to use to ride this auto scooter..

Free 2 helmet, 2 raincoat, givibox n bike cover..

Today goin to jb to wash...

Today funny thing happen to me..after washing the gts, my bike could not start...

Nervous mode on.... keeping starting the bike but it would start..then devided to push to the bikeshop near the bikewash..

Inform the mechanic...

Then i realise that i forgot to bring tbe side stand up n that why it would start..

2bar only.... even riding early morning n cooling breeze...

managed to try top speed...130km/h but it is was easily hit 120km...but i dont there to go more then 130km as it is near the redline of the rpm...

what i know is that it need to start of 5k rpm then can move off...

brake like **** fornt n rear...

Thanks for the feedback. My bike's temp went up to only 1 bar during my 40km ride, thought that was "too cool" but I guess it's normal. Was at 80kmh most of the time.

Was also curious about the high rpm when moving off too! Yes, needed about 4000-5000 rpm before bike started to move off.

seem that front n rear brake is on the left n front only on the right

Am looking forward for my possession of a brand new grey Sym Gts 200 this coming Tuesday.
