Hi weilun, Dr pulley clutch, clutch bell and varietor cost 780. qouted by taihin.

 

The White light is not bad, Throw of light is shorter as compared to the stock one, however high beam machiam Shooting for BATMAN!!!

Not bad to high beam those nasty drivers once a while ;p

 

That is damn expensive, plus Exhaust is 750 total is about 1.5k, anw Scooter Narcotics got Malossi pulley only about $240

Still waiting for their reply leh. My stupid meter only the LCD panel not displaying( Speed and RPM ok)

 

Was trying to take out the front cover the other day, didnt succeed.

 

Cos LCD panel not displaying is only due to 2 reasons :

1) Poor wire connection

2) Some fuse or something burnt in the lcd's board.

 

Trying to get on my hands onto the LCD.

* Still thinking of how.

 

Heading Taiwan to buy might be slightly cheaper only. Cos i contacted Teamworld.tw. No details about price yet.

Asked me to head to their SBC (Sym Best Care)

 

Emailed one of the SBC and waiting for reply

Feeling ecstatic!!!

Took me 3 hrs for the whole process.

Dekitting the front panel is a nightmare for first timer, however once you know which screw goes to which place, it can be done faster.

 

As my hypothesis suggest, it is due to poor connections. Took the LCD panel out and cleaned it via flux cleaner and air brush away dust.

Put it back and it works ; )

Note to our bros:

If yor LCD screen is fading, it tends to be the linear polarizes film falling apart.

If it went blank, connection problem or burnt

If whole meter panel cannot work, check your horn, if no horn means blown fuse.

Got horn means more research to be done

Ok....my bike feel alot vibration at rear and the speed seem been reduce..anyone know or encounter the problem

Normally there is a sudden jerking/vibration in the 20-30kmh due to clutch slippage.

 

If at high speed, sorry man, no clue about it

Used too be 110km at 8k rpm..but now 110km its near 9k rpm.. and can sense abit vibration on rear..it used to be 120km at 8k++ rpm

Yea same for me.. but the sudden jerk/vibe happens between 3.7k to 4k rpm on my bike.. It does get better after the engine runs for awhile.

 

Used too be 110km at 8k rpm..but now 110km its near 9k rpm.. and can sense abit vibration on rear..it used to be 120km at 8k++ rpm

 

Mine got better after i did a battery replacement.. Now can get to 120km ard 7.8k - 8k rpm. So maybe can check your batt?

 

Btw mine also vibration quite alot between 120-130km
