Tighten to fully closed then backward 2.5 turn in the manual

You have to turn it full tighten so the screw goes inside. Then start turning it out using that count

recently when riding my gts200, i can hear some 'cling cling' sound coming from the rear wheel area. any bro have any idea what sound is that?

i also have cling cling sound... but mine is due to my exhaust. its very loud esp on uneven road....

I tried with 2.5 turn out from fully tighten but it seem to be abit lean, but i am not sure which way to turn to richen it lol..

The if too lean you need to turn it back . The factory setting is for new parts. Try to set it with rpm set to 2000

I have a similar sound-like a rattling sound, especially when at low RPM and when accelerating. There are 2 bolts that hold the exhaust pipe-one of the exhaust pipe bolts is broken, the bolt is sheared off. Can be seen from rear looking forward....

..i just tighten all the nuts...n no more ratling sound

Scooter.. u did overhaul..can i know how many days and cost

 

Bro mighty max, overhaul abt 3 days. I spent a few hundreds.... Cannot really recall but not cheap.

2. Connecting rod

3. Crank shaft bearing x2

4. Crank shaft oil seal

5. Cam chain

6. Oil pump chain

7. Cam chain bearing

8. Engine mount

9. Thermostat

10. Valve seal

11. Engine block and gasket

12. Water hose

13. Coolant and engine oil

14. Labour

 

Total about $980

Bro, actually you don't need the holder. I mounted my new type iu unit just on the flap above the meters using heavy duty 3M clear mounting tape. It been through heavy rain and shine for almost 2 years so far very stable. ERP also no problem. Only need to re-route the wiring.
