RS200 under which category?

Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS200. 

This bike is under which category; sport or street/road bike? And isit reliable in terms of maintenance & safety? All I know is this bike made in India. 

Just got my class 2B and been looking around for budget bike where I came across this brand/model. Initially intend to get a new bike but with current high COE $8K+ whereby COE which is just a paper is higher than the cost of bike (OMV/ARF). 

Btw any idea who is the local agent for this bike and where is their service centre?

Any RS200 owners here letting go their bike? Especially those class 2B intended to upgrade to class 2A.
