Recently brought a tank sticker to paste on my bike, after pasting and trying to align it, there is mark on it.

Tried removing it with wet micro fiber cloth etc, but to no avail. (No stickiness or bump on the mark, like its imbedded inside)

Shop description say won't ruin paint, but in the end, my matt paint ruin like a cow being branded.

very very common..

1) Take wd40 and try

2) Take a bit of fuel and rub it off.. since your plastic already look quite bad..

2) Take out the whole plastic, respray black. remember to use lacquer to protect the black.

Kindly read thru at least the intro section first before decide to post any comments.... thanks...

yes try number 1 and 2. after which you may try this from shopee (i’d highly advice you to use a hairdryer/heat gun to dry it or place under hot sun for a while) or carousell (plastic restoration services)

my bike had those stickers from factory also on the tank plastic area.

I tore off the sticker and there was this similar mark

After failing to get rid of it, i just gave up and left it be.

It's been 2 years since, and at some point in time, it seems the mark faded away by itself (probably from natural wearing) and I don't see it now.
