To all brother and sister

I would like to know what is the maximum modification allow in Singapore. What i mean the maximum is not for engine parts?
If like, if i modification the rear swing arms or changing the front fork modification? Are those LTA allow?
Is there any guide line we can go or LTA rules saying whereby, what is can or cannot do list?

Hi @Energizer - all the mods you mentioned is not allow.. Got list.. but after seeing the list, nvm.. dun mod.. 😂

Fork - you can upgrade the fork spring.. or upgrade the fork to ohlin or other brand but have to be the same direction. (cannot invert it)

Rear suspension, as long it's the same specs, you can upgrade it.

swing arm and body frame cannot "change".. have to be the same manufacturer as this will impact on overall safety features.

headlight cannot be white (during inspection) unless yours comes default LED then diff case..

air filter can change

Maybe you can list out what you wan to mod, I can give a rough idea what whether or not possible.. :)

wait ah.. let me go and find the link for you. If not specific motorcycle.. just relate it from car's parts...

Here you go.. :)

Since we are on this topic of modification. So is there any recommended shop at SG or JB? Recently saw a lot of this youtube videos about Thomas Ge talking about motors. Seem like they are specialities in Sniper V3 modification. Also, is there any legal exhaust for sniper v3?

internal mod - all go Malaysia..

external mod - exhaust and etc.. find somewhere in Singapore and ask them to go for inspection for you and once pass then pay money.. or check with other similar bikes to see what other legal exhaust they have..

SG not worth to use illegal exhaust = 1k fine.. Might as well pay for the new legal exhaust.. :)
