$200 could be a good deal if your bike is a FZ16. (if you lazy to dismantle and slowly sell)

If it's FZ6 or FZ1 then not really.. Usually if you dismantle the parts and sell yourself. You could earn more..

My previous exhaust system already earn me $200 / Block $100/ carb $60.. excluding all other parts.. (Disclaimer - my parts are all fairly new and works perfectly with 0 issues)

Number plate cannot sell without bike.. and you only left 4 days.. not enough time.. so you can choose either to retain the number plate for a new bike that you wan to buy or just give up the number. Retain number plate required 1.3k, if you register on a new bike, you get refund of 1.2k.. But if you used it on a old bike, 0 refund.. You only have a short period of time to register..

To renew COE. go to onemotoring website, login your sing pass.. you should have the option to renew it based on the past 3 COE pricing.

To make things easier.. here's the link that you might required.

Renew COE

Export your vehicle (abit more hassle and no official information from onemotoring)
