THAILAND COMPULSORY MOTORBIKE INSURANCE

Hi , I'm planning  to ride into Thailand on Hari Raya first day itself.  So I believe the SOP would be to just ride up north and purchase insurance near the border enroute. Somehow, I have a feeling , on the 1st day of Hari Raya, the shops might not be  conveniently open when i arrive in the morning, be it to purchase or collect  pre-prchased online documents.

Do any good people here have  suggestions on how I should go about doing this?  Any shop in Singapore or JB that does this service?  I would prefer if I could just walk in , purchase and leave with all the necessary documents and avoid the online hassle and uncertainties.

honestly.. I dun think so.. need to go there and buy.. maybe plan one day in advance to reach and etc..
