How to sell bike?

Hello everyone, i haven't ridden my bike for some time so my confidence to ride has dropped. As a result, I didn't bring my bike to this cycle's inspection and can't get road tax. 

 

But I'm also looking to sell my r15 bike. How can I sell it given my situation?

Very few people will be willing to buy a bike that hasn't had its inspection done. I suggest getting the inspection done ASAP. No inspection and expiring or expired road tax gives any serious biker some alarm bells to avoid it because they think there might be an issue in your bike not being able to pass inspection, and you not willing to rectify that issue because it might be too costly or problematic.

If you've lost all confidence in riding and absolutely don't want to get on your bike again, I guess you can tow it to a second hand dealer and ask what they'd give you for it, though you'll probably be given peanuts.
