Pcx150 no mods (long distance OK?)

Hi biking community, 

I have a important and genuine question, I have a pcx150 bike without any mods and I was thinking if slow leisure to KL or even Hatyai is possible? As I have a week break from work so I was thinking to travel and have an adventure. If this trip is possible what should I prepare for? Tools to bring? Things to prepare? Type of insurance?  Towing contact number?

Yes, it's possible for any models of motorcycles be it with mod or without. 

The main thing you should be looking at is the maintenance of your bike and telephone numbers that you can called for any tow trucks along the way.

One more thing is the comfort level of your motorcycle and the luggage space that you required. 

For riding along NSH, it will be best to go with someone if it's your first time. If you are a regular, you should know what to expect and what not to. 

remember not to ride at night if possible (unless you are a seasoned rider and used to riding at night)  it's pure darkness and only you, your headlight and moon light.

 

Personally I've ridden a KR150 to Thailand before. (16 hours straight) not recommended. if anything, feel free to ask here.
