Opportunity to get used moriwaki for my 400x overseas, same pipe as the one sold here. Any chance to get it registered? How often do folk get checked just for their exhaust. Non repacked original pipe

Pretty hard if you do not have the certificate

Key Registration Requirements

Before your motorcycle can be legally registered with an aftermarket exhaust, you must submit the following for evaluation:

Manufacturer Certification: A certificate from the exhaust manufacturer stating the system is specifically designed for your motorcycle's make and model.

Test Reports: Valid reports from LTA or NEA-recognised laboratories proving the exhaust complies with Singapore's noise and emission standards (e.g., Euro IV for engines >200cc, Euro III for ≤200cc).

Installation Documents: You will need an invoice or bill of sale for the exhaust and its professional installation.

LTA Inspection: An appointment at an LTA-authorised inspection centre (like VICOM or STA) is required to verify the installation and documents.

Document Checklist for Inspection

When going for the physical inspection, ensure you have:

Annex C1 form (Owner’s application/authorisation letter).

NRIC photocopy (Front and Back).

Vehicle Log Card (Original or photocopy).

Exhaust Manufacturer Certification.
