should be ur brake dirty.... the sound is the powder fm the brake pad rubbing on the disc.

All information is provided here with good intentions and to the best of my knowledge and is not liable for any negative effects that might occur due to this information. Thank You.

Take out ur pads and sand them. The rotors sand them as well.

Or change pads.

I recommand Gold Fren from FJT $15 only DIY.

My level presure is inconsistence.

Sometime feel the level pressed a bit it will touch the braking point and sometimes about 3/4 mark before it started to brake.

Anyone have this problems?

I thought brake oil over heating, but sometime even initial when I get the bike cold the presure is like all the way and after which 3/4 mark and the feeling is like haiz...

.

I bleed the brakes with speed bleeder and motul 5.1 fully syn brake oil.

So shouldnt be there be air inside....

I cleaned the calipers and ensure no piston was strucked.

I sanded the rotors and brake pads.

I mean it still can brake but I dont like the inconsistence feeling..

My brake setup:

Hel brake lines

Motul 5.1 fully syn brake oil

Speed bleeders

Vesrah sintered pads JL series

Pls advice guys!

motul is a brand, dot 4 dot 5 is a industrial standard set to state how much heat the brake fluid can stand, the higher the dot, the higher the temp it can withstand. when we brake, there will be friction cause by the brake pads & disc so there'll be heat gng to the brake fluid, so the brake fluid can't tahan, will break down then the brakes cant work properly already

guess its cheaper over the time lah. then it gurantees a perfect air free seal. unless the motordiam has the proper equipment, if not, they won't be able to bleeding it perfectly
