I bought my third party by Mitsui Sumitomo ( i guess its spelled like this) $370++ below $380 =) NSR SP 150 Age 19

from 2007 onwards.. new ins policy for p plate will have to add additional 150 bucks..

okay say ive refunded my insurance last year(not using the bike at all,tats the reason)

n now ive decided to buy same old insurance

in this case its same bike.

isit possible?

 

because last yer was 279

but now with me getting older was quoted 408.wth!

maybe the 800++ is 2nd party...just like what krazyfist say..

if u're riding SP just get under mitsui wld be cheaper.. i don't think bikeshop won't allow u to take 3rd party if u loaning from them.. unless ur bike is 1st hand, den they wun let u i guess..

After 2007 add $150 ?? Then that means that I wanna renew my insurance again will be how much ?? Will it be $370 + $150 after riding for 1 yr already, or will it be cheaper still, cos I intend to keep my SP, I bought it at 2006 at $374 from mitsui sumitomo..

i think no need to pay additional 150 bucks.

 

i renewed my insurance for 3 month to tally with my road tax, and they did not charge the 150 bucks.

 

i think it is better for u to go down to hong leong building to ask them.

You can't..If u call mitsui and they'll ask if ur bike is still under hire purchase..they ask u go back to ur bike shop..Add sub rider is around $30plus for small bikes..Big bikes depend on shop too.and sometimes inclusive of service charge by shop itself..

Its bcos u're existing policy holder..If ur fren jux got his licence and he wans to be ur subrider, he gotta pay $150 and surcharge for change of subrider..

U are a fresh P plate and e name if added into e policy den gotta pay $150. If u have been riding 1 yr that means no need..And e new policy of e $150 started tis yr i tink. So u're not paying for tat.unless u got a fren who jux got his licence and wanna be ur subrider den he gotta pay $150. And if u din not claim for e insurance u got NCD( No Claim Discount).. Correct me if i'm wrong.

ic thx alot.. i ask my motorshop they tell me need pay 250+ add subrider fee + 150 for my fren hu jus pass tp and tis and tt.. like abit wrg leh..
