anyone can provide the following info for vespa lx 150 ie

 

Fuel related

how much petrol do you pump everytime and wats the mileage between refuelling?

how many km can a full tank travel before the fuel meter is empty

what the fuel consumption and average travelling speed and your weight?

 

Maintenance and performance

when doing engine oil change, the exhaust must be removed, how difficult is this task and how long it usually take to change engine oil (self-service)

 

can lx 150 ie speed upto 90km/h easily? can it reach 110km/h?

 

Cost

Anyone knows the machine price of Vespa lx150 ie?

Dear riders...

 

I just got my vespa LX 150... FBA plate.. However when i throttle, the power seems to come after i throttled a lot! As compared to my friend's LX, his bike power came juz with a little throttle!

 

When i ask the bike shop uncle, he says that becoz the bike had been lying there waiting to be sold, hence the clutch plate or clutch dIsc got rusty, it will be fine after some riding or he can even help me remove the rust? Any advise or comments on that?

 

Also only one of the tyre seems botak! Usually u guys will change one or its better to change both tyre at the same time?

have u checked if the version of ur friend's lx is an I.E version or carburetor?

dont think it's quite legal. Im personally using the pm tuning though... exhaust doesn't sound as loud unless you go full on the throttle...sound on cruising speed is good and not noisy!

Hi all, ive juz bought a renew COE red ET8. I would like to have her check up and service if necessary. Its been 10over years since i rode n tat was when i was 20 so kinda lost touch of bike world. I'm really happy with my ET8 aquisition but still clueless which appropriate workshop to go. So please advise and recommend...

not sure if u have ur problems solved. my brother lx150 have the same issue with the start up.. so its pretty normal i guess... but if u are not sure then send it in to another bike shop and have it checked. there are a couple of bike shops that do scooters.. you might wanna check out vespaclubsingapore on facebook that's where most of us gather

hey dreadworx congrats on ur new acquisition~! actually vespa is pretty easy to maintain. just send it in for a full servicing u should be ready to go... as for bike shop recommendations there are a couple of very good ones around ... pm me if ya wanna know the details as i do not want to be accused of favoring any bike shop on a public forum

congrats on getting ur new vespa, i'm riding the same vespa too.

scooter shops depends on what you wana do and which area do u perfer.

(Full Service should be less den $200, depends what you wana replace.)

-Tai Hin (Kaki Bukit)

These are some of the scooter shops, always ask lots of questions(esp prices) before you decide to commit.
