These are the shop they bought from M-tech, BikeTech21 & Motoworld.

I personally will recommend M-tech as some of them say it's shorter waiting time & slightly cheaper.

 

For 2nd hand FZ1, I think you'll need to shop for it liao. Maybe you can try those industrial area where there's a lot of bike shop in that area like Bukit Merah or Ubi. :smile:

yo brothers!!!,...whoa..i'm posting after so long..been bloody busy with work.....cannot make it...busy like sh*t....arrghhh...anyway with regard to the rider on the SP who passed away...rest in peace....

 

anyway dudes..i have this feeling that my bike is due for servicing already leh..the last time i service was at 3000km..now think it's almost 6000km...how often do you guys service your bikes? where do you guys normally go service? other than hong leong...are there any reliable mechanics who know their bolts from nuts around to recommend??

Just did my 6000Km service. Changed to Silkolene Pro4 15W50 $17 per 1Litre bottle & $15 Yamaha Oil Filter included labour fee @ HKL. Cheap & good. I'll change engine oil & oil filter very 5000km or 6mths, whichever come 1st. But sometime felt that I wacked a bit hard liao or feel not shiok liao, then quite close to 5k will change. :smile:

Does HL charge extra for labour?? Wot is the average amount spend on servicing at HL??

Yap, they do have the standard servicing package. Different bike, different cost. You can check it out at their website for the cost: Hong Leong Corporation - Yamaha

 

Not sure whether the standard package still got labour charge but I do know they charge labour fee for any other normal servicing.

Well, average amount, I think depends on what you wanna. I do know they charge $22 for every Liter of Shell Advance engine oil. Everything are more expensive but at least you're sure it's the real yamaha parts! :smile:

No additional charge for labour. 1litre bike and 600 cc different price, but mine about $100 plus is non-syn oil for the FZ6. Syn oil costs more.

 

Left my bike there for service overnight, and next day riding it... feels GOOD!!!

u mean semi syn oil izit? $100 for oil change n spark plugs?

Still prefer the old model Fazer 1, never liked underseat exhaust anyway but then it is all up to individual.....:smile:

how gd u wan the offer to be??? 10k for 04fazer? there is ppl selling at garage sales but dun except the price to be very low lah cuz it is still a new bike :cheeky:
