Long long ago play off road kaoz my header can be full of mud la grass la sand la and all sorts of crap. Numb liao la

got proof? so far i haven't seen any of my metal parts rusting after using autosol..

 

my buddy who started to use steel wool + autosol on his cm125 will have to keep on using steel wool every 1 - 2 weeks and autosol every 2 - 4 weeks because there's no more protective layer on his metal/chrome surfaces...

i can't rem what ingredient that was in autosol as of now but it do rubs away that layer...

he parks his bike in an open air carpark with occasionally canvas and he works near construction sites fyi...

i personally witness the rust and the removal of rust process fyi...

fyi, his metal/chrome surfaces are much more than your ex scrambler & your xiao hei...

nevertheless, i'm not sure y urs don't rust thou...

 

anyway, this is my suggestion...

different people have different methods of handling things...

 

 

oh yeah !! steel wool ~! i forgot the existence of it ~!

 

 

i rmb seeing somewhere about stopping the mirror vibration eh, sheesh i lost the webpage

 

steel wool can use... but dun be additive to it... lol...

i think i may know how to stop/reduce mirror vibration...

will share when i successfully did it...

ok lets say if we don use the steel wool and just plainly use autosol would it be okay?

 

Somehow i got a hunch that the protective layer was maybe somehow removed by the scrubbing wor.

btw, he started to use that method years ago...

now he has no choice but to keep on using that method unless he go re-spray his method parts all over or change bike...

he ever tried other brands of polish in hope to coat back a new layer of protective but invalid...

 

anyway, i'm just trying to share what i know in here...

if you think that autosol + metal scrub or any green green scrub is good for you, you may keep to that...

if my earlier comments had been taken out, it leaves to only aRcHeR who says that autosol + metal scrub or any green green scrub is good...

it should be this plan if everything goes well...

i can say that his 6+ or 7+ years old cm125 is more well maintained than your ex scrambler in terms of looks...

it looks like a 1+ or 2+ years old cm125 fyi...

the layer will also somehow be removed when ur front wheel pick up road grinds from the road lolx

Titanium would nv rust and it's super light. Bad thing is that aluminum n titanium would fuse together if without a protective layer

thermal ceramic ain't totally rust proof if you kenna a huge kink on it. rust will form underneath it.
