Hello everyone....long time no see..how is everyone? Went through the past pages and one of our brothers buang? how are you doing dude..

I"m struggling here in NIE>.....having tonnes and tonnes of assignments due...i'm injured...injured my back during gymnastics class....really tired...geezzz...but i'm hanging on!!!!......

Would love to meet you guys soon..so long never go la kopi already....so when is the next meet up? is there going to be 1 tonite? hahahah....i m ay not be able to make it but i'll try..*sob sob*......

For weekdays, you may want to try the 10am to 11.30am time slot. There should be almost no queue for both causeway or 2nd link customs.

i have gave up goin to jb to pump ever since there r jams practically the whole day.....sometimes really nt worth it to wait 1 or 2 hrs jus to clear the customs...but that's me lah... :cheeky:

Sep 2001 - Jan 2003 WR200

Jan 2003 - Feb 2005 S4 spec 1

Feb 2005 - Apr 2006 FZ6

Apr 2006 - May 2006 Vios & FZ6

May2006 - Jan 2007 Vios

go JB par ui must know timing one...my personal best timing to go is morning 0930 to 1130...afternoon 1430 to 1700...night forget it...midnight 0200 to 0445...this hour you go in 80% no jam...if jam,you also have to go thailand...:goodluck:

i kena jammed before at 4am, coming back to sg.

jb side long queue, sg side jamm beyond the bottleneck.

Heh heh, I am behind your q at causeway lay, didn't U see me huh, sneak out of work and go JB pump petrol and end up in the nexpected stupid jam. Looks like I am not the only one who go JB pump petrol during lunch hour :giddy:

Have any 1 of u guyz ever been spot checked or asked 2 make u turn bcoz

tank less then 3/4 full by customs officers ?

Nvr and wont we 2 wheelers not requied if have than u ask the officer turn yr bike for u and ask them clear path for u hahahaaa..

You could be rite as difficult to spot check so many riders but i ever see customs

officer (Woodlands) checking bikes fuel tank gauge (some bikes like phantom no gauge so i don't know how he check) . Also signboards never say what is penalty if get caught with less than 3/4 tank . Anybody knows ?

if i am not wrong.there is no penalty for 3/4 tank for bike right...:confused:

Yes i think u are rite. Did some checking around. It seems the law does not apply to bikes . Must be my paranoia when i saw the custom officer walking n peering into the gauges of the motorbikes . Maybe he looking for something else ?

 

Anyway motorcars can be fined up to $500 if they flout the rules . Tomorrow i

go fill up . My tank approaching the E mark already.

Actually the ICA website does not really specify motobikes exempted but

the car forum (in my earlier posting) say no need .

 

I think this rule cannot 100% enforce on bikes bcoz not all bikes have fuel gauge.

Anyway beside that 1 incident when i thought custom officer was checking the gauges , all my other rides usually w/o incident.

You are right! The information does not “specifically exempt” motorbikes from the rule. So I guess if the custom officer is trying to be funny with you…he actually can!
