guess what? I called seng kwang, uncle told me 250 for mod of existing rack. He said he's only charging 250 for the mod, and i can just bring ANY H&B rack to him to mod!.. no need to buy specific model.. called m-technik.. was quoted 270 for the rack but can only get after 10 days. Good deal? or can i get better?

i nvr doubt the words from the uncles at seng kwang... dun even bother to compare it with other fabricators in terms of quality of works... :)

Haha... Be aware that he might weld it onto ur pillion handlebar tho.. haha... But no doubt, saw some of his work, it's crazy good and nice :)

ya.. i was so delighted to hear that i can just get any racks from any model as long its suitable for my box. Oh btw i did ask him on customized racks from him, he quoted 650.. wow.. but I'm sure its worth every cents for their workmanship..

Haha... depends on wat type of customised rack. If like PLX, it's kinda hard for him to do out one... Cos it's curvy shape. But I bet he definitely able to make it if he wans it. When u going I might wanna go over to ask him to mod some on mine to strenghtening on the existing one. maybe, depends on price.

Yes, confirm must leave there unless u wanna see the whole process, but it would normally take whole day to do it... Unless it's a simple one, then just half day.

I did once a simple welding by them. Haha

 

I don like to leave bike at workshop too long. Me very particular bout this haha.

depend on how fast i can get the racks.. if get from m-technik need to wait 1 week+ coz no stock..
